I’m up for my 15 minutes of fame! The asst. editor of Orchids Magazine (American Orchid Society) wrote me today to ask if she could add a blurb (a very nice blurb, I might add) about this blog in an article she’s writing for the November issue. I’m thrilled! I know it’s the Web (“world wide”), but I’m delighted that someone other than my mother (whom I don’t call often enough) and Laird (who has to) actually reads my entries. Some mornings you get out of bed and have no idea what nice surprises are in store for you.
Today’s that kind of day for me.
