Move over, winemaking industry… a waste management company in Whistler, British Columbia is producing a fine vintage compost for public consumption this year.
“We’re really like winemakers,” Kindree said. “Our job is to mix nitrogen and lots of water with the material so that it’s gishy, not gooey.”
