Today’s BBC carries a story about an encarcerated mutt at the Battersea Dog’s Home in London. Every morning the staff would arrive to find dogs loose and food everywhere… and they couldn’t figure out how the dogs were getting out of their cages at night. So they put in some CCTV cameras and this is what they found:
