It’s that time of year… all of the herbs that I potted up in the spring have matured and are ready to be harvested, including basil, oregano, thyme, rosemary, mint, catnip, and tarragon. Problem is, I can’t possibly use all of these herbs right now, but if I wait, most of them will start flowering and lose the best of their flavour.
